The New Zealand Mortgage Adviser Institute (NZMAI) required a robust, centralized platform to support mortgage advisers and financial professionals. Their previous systems were fragmented, leading to inefficiencies in accessing resources, compliance documents, and educational materials. The challenge was to create a seamless, user-friendly web application that could consolidate resources, provide ongoing training, and integrate advanced tools like AI-powered assistance, all while improving the user experience and decision-making capabilities of mortgage advisers.
We developed a hybrid web application using Bubble.io and integrated AI (OpenAI API) to streamline NZMAI’s processes. The platform combines a sleek interface with advanced functionalities, including a centralized resource directory, compliance hub, and AI-powered chat for instant financial assistance. The platform also offers mortgage calculators and educational pathways to guide advisers through continuous learning and compliance updates. The user roles were structured to provide varying levels of access, including administrative control, listing management, and full platform access for NZMAI members, ensuring all users had the tools they needed at their fingertips.
